Racing Payment Service

You can be confident that your bills will be paid under the control of our expert and knowledgeable team, bringing peace of mind to both owners and trainers.

To sign up, you simply set up a trainer payment mandate and we will ensure your training bills are paid within an agreed time frame (e.g. seven days after receipt). An upper limit you are happy for us to pay can also be specified.

If you have any other racing-related invoices, you can contact us by telephone or email and we will make the payment(s) for you.

 

The Racing Payment Service also offers many additional benefits, including:

• Access to our telephone banking
• The option of adding an agent to your account e.g., trainer secretary
• The ability to operate a USD or EUR currency account
• Paper statements
• A cheque book
• Month-end balance splits to individual accounts (partnerships only)

 

What does this service cost?

The cost per account is an additional £10 per month. However, fees are waived if you have a Racing Gold Account, a Weatherbys Private Bank account or if you use our VAT Return Service.
