Aidan Faik, who joined Weatherbys in 2018, is an Associate Director who provides bespoke advice on all aspects of his clients’ financial affairs, including their banking, lending and investment-related requirements. While Aidan manages a highly diverse portfolio of clients, he particularly specialises in looking after farms and estates, helping them develop long-term financial strategies.

Shirley, who joined Weatherbys towards the end of 2021, is a Senior Private Banker specialising in a range of financial planning services, including mortgage lending and inheritance tax planning. Her long and impressive list of skills is revered throughout the industry, in addition to her much-applauded role as a mentor and vocal advocate for empowering women in finance.

Meanwhile, Senior Private Banker and Team Head Nick Manduca has more than 15 years of experience advising high-net-worth clients across wealth, lending and investments. Having recently joined Weatherbys’ to work in its London office, Nick works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals navigating complex financial matters, with particular expertise in generational planning and business transition.

The latest announcement from Citywealth is further recognition for Weatherbys Private Bank this year. Its Head of Private Clients, Ollie Barnett, was named Private Banker of the Year at the Citywealth Magic Circle award ceremony held in London earlier this year. The awards recognised the top-performing advisors and managers in global private wealth, with winners selected based on various criteria, including client testimonials and technical skills. Decisions were made through a combination of judges’ votes and an online public vote.
