We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dominic Vail as Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 April 2021.
Dominic brings to the Bank more than three decades of global banking experience having held senior positions in both investment banking and wealth management at UBS, the Swiss-based multinational bank. He was most recently group managing director of UBS Wealth Management and replaces Brian Bourne on the Bank’s board who is retiring.
Commenting on Dominic’s appointment, Roger Weatherby, Chief Executive, says: “I am delighted that Dominic has agreed to join our Board. We will be able to draw on his considerable experience and knowledge across the banking industry as we look to continue to meet the needs of our expanding client base.”
